We are looking for a Technical Data Operator Automotive who will play a key role in processing essential vehicle data within our Lubricant Information System, relied upon by millions of vehicles worldwide.

Your core tasks?

As a Data Operator, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and entering technical data on vehicles and lubricants. You will work closely with our data and IT team to keep our systems up-to-date. A typical workday may include:

• Collecting vehicle and lubricant data from various sources
• Entering and maintaining data in our Lubricant Information System
• Linking new vehicles to our database network
• Supporting customers via the helpdesk and contributing to innovations within our system

You will have a lot of freedom in how you organise your work and can work independently in a varied and challenging environment. Moreover, you will be part of an enthusiastic and supportive team.

While we usually meet our customers digitally, you might also make personal visits in the future to provide onsite support and service.

Who are you?

You are a proactive professional with a technical background in the vehicle industry, perhaps as a car mechanic, diagnostic technician, or someone with pre-vocational secondary/secondary vocational education in automotive engineering. You will recognise yourself in the following:

• Passion for vehicles and technical systems
• Experience in motor vehicle technology (preferably at pre-vocational secondary/secondary vocational education level or equivalent through experience)
• Reading and writing in English is no problem for you
• You enjoy working with data and persistently search for information
• You are an accurate worker with a strong eye for detail
• You feel comfortable in a digital working environment
